Anslem Dias brings with him over twenty five years of operational experience and progression with leading hotel chains in India having paved the way by conceptualizing & founding Black Olive Hospitality Solutions, a hotel / resort representation & marketing company with plans to venture into management of budget hotels. Prior to his current position at Black Olive Hospitality Solutions, Anslem has been associated with the hotel industry and has the experience of working for premium brands like The Oberoi Mumbai, The Regent Mumbai, Taj Lands’ End, Grand Hyatt Mumbai and at a corporate level at The Pride Hotels. Anslem has an extensive hotel operations background and has been involved in various pre-opening projects. He has a proven track record of developing policies & procedures, service standards, planning & implementing effective control measures to reduce running costs of the unit. His principal strengths lie in excellent radical thinking ability, spontaneous decision making ability and good interpersonal skills.

Akshay has a background of Hotel Management and has more than 10 years experience at different levels in the Sales and Marketing field with leading hotel chains in India. With his vast experience and excellent interpersonal skills, he has developed a very strong network with the corporate sector. Akshay’s key strengths are Strategic Business Development, Sales and Marketing Planning, Competitive Positioning and Branding.
A post graduate with more than 15 years of experience in the hotel Industry having worked with leading hotels. Christopher is an accomplished results-driven hospitality professional with repeated success in leading the sales and marketing teams at various levels. His key strengths are his die hard attitude and is an effective relationship builder with corporate, government and travel organisations.
